R.W. Ken Longo was raised a Master Mason in June 2003 (at the age of 22) in Lexington at Simon W. Robinson Lodge.

A veteran of the United States Army, he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer for just under 10 years in the Infantry, with multiple combat tours where he was decorated for valor in combat. Combined with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Norwich University (a private military university), it gives him a formidable background in Leadership Personnel Development. Professionally, he has worked as a Project Management Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Personnel Development Manager, as well as a Corporate Trainer.

He has served as Master of 3 different Lodges: Simon W. Robinson Lodge (Lexington), Washington Lodge (Lexington), and Major General Henry Knox Lodge - Twice (Boston).

He has served as a District Officer for both the 14th and 2nd Districts. For the 14th, he has served as District Chaplain (7 years), Master of the Lodge of Instruction (5 years), and District Deputy Grand Marshal. For the 2nd District he has served as Rejuvenation Officer, Master of the Lodge of Instruction and is currently the District Deputy Grand Marshal.

At Grand Lodge he serves as Junior Grand Deacon, Coordinator for the Lodge of Instruction (2 years), and is the Master's Path Curriculum Director (3 years).

He serves as a DeMolay Advisor and has worked at Region I Leadership Training Conference for the last 4 years.

R.W. Bro. Longo has spent the last 25 plus years training, coaching and mentoring leaders and personnel. He has been recognized as a Master Instructor with an ability to connect with those he teaches. He possesses a near fanatical dedication to instilling base level skill sets to allow those he works with to build upon that solid foundation.
