Hiram Builders Academy, Education & Training Committee.

Wor. Ronald P. Quattrochi was raised a Master Mason in 2019, beginning a steady and purposeful journey in Masonic leadership development.
Demonstrating early commitment to personal growth and service, he attended and graduated from the inaugural session of the Academy in Spring 2022, setting the foundation for his future contributions to our Craft.
Recognized for his ability to mentor and inspire, Bro. Quattrochi served as a Coach for the Academy in 2023 and 2024, guiding new Builders through the program’s expectations, reflective practices, and leadership challenges. His coaching tenure strengthened the Academy’s culture of accountability, preparation, and personal transformation.
In 2025 and 2026, he stepped into the role of Instructor for the Confidence in Leadership curriculum, where his clear communication style, practical experience, and steady presence helped Builders connect leadership principles to real Lodge life. His instruction emphasized self‑awareness, responsibility, and the courage required to lead effectively.
His dedication and impact culminated in his appointment as Dean of Students for 2026, where he oversaw Builder engagement, curriculum flow, coaching coordination, and the overall student experience. As Dean, Wor. Bro. Quattrochi played a central role in shaping the Academy’s standards, strengthening its structure, and ensuring that every Builder understood both the privilege and responsibility of their selection.
Wor. Bro. Quattrochi’s service reflects the core values of the Hiram Builders Academy: growth, mentorship, leadership, and devotion to the Craft. His contributions continue to influence the program and the future leaders it develops.
